A monthly is owed

• when a product delivered for 7 days or more of the reporting month.
• One product meeting that is enough for the client's report.
• Under 7 days: not owed. It waits for next month.

A lifetime is owed

• when an order ends inside the cycle - the reporting month through the 3rd business day of the next one.
• Short runs are not exempt. An order that ended on the 2nd owes one.
• Not owed if the ended order overlaps an order still running.
• Not owed if that campaign's lifetime has already gone out. If its end date moves out afterwards, it is owed again when the campaign ends.

A campaign of 30 days or less

• owes its lifetime only, when it ends in the month it started and has had no monthly before.

What each report is checked against

• Monthly: the products live that month, that month's budget, and a date range of month start to month end.
• Lifetime: the products that ran during the campaign, the whole campaign's goal, and a date range matching the order's start and end.
• A finished campaign more than 10% under its goal is flagged.

Names

• Monthly: July 2026_Client 53908.pdf
• Lifetime: Lifetime_Client 53908.pdf
• A file that arrives without its order id is renamed and flagged.

Delivery

• A partner is packaged once every one of its reports is signed off.
• Drive or Dropbox is set per partner on the Partners page.
• A sign-off is pulled when a re-check finds a failure that was not there when it was signed.
